Soul quarterback Dan Raudabaugh earned Russell Offensive Player of the Week honors for his role in his team's 60-55 victory over the Iowa Barnstormers in Week 7.
Raudabaugh completed 26-for-35 passes for 283 and nine touchdowns in the win. His last touchdown came with three seconds remaining to secure the win.
“Our offensive line has been doing a great job all year,” Raudabaugh said. “When (Derrick) Ross is running well and our receivers are making plays, it puts me in a good spot. The bottom line is that we got the victory and we are getting better each week.”
The Soul are currently in a three-way tie for second place in the Eastern Division with the Pittsburgh Power and the Barnstormers at 3-3.
Another division clash is up next for the Soul as they are set to face the Power in Pittsburgh on Saturday, May 3 at 7 p.m.
