Here are your player ratings from Saturday's game.
I had more than enough to say yesterday about Saturday's game, so now it's your turn. Here are your player ratings and comments on the Union's win over Vancouver.
Here's what you all thought of Saturday's season-opening win.
Believe it or not, the 2011 Major League Soccer season starts tonight.
The latest ratings are about what you'd expect. You know it was a bad game when even Sebastien Le Toux gets a low number.
Looks like I wasn't the only person who stayed up late Wednesday night.
I had my say yesterday. Now it's your turn.
Plus a roundup of news items from around American soccer.
The Goalkeeper: Many Union fans are upset with the errors committed by goalkeeper Chris Seitz this season. But fans might want to think about another American who struggled as a rookie: current U.S. national team mainstay Brad Guzan.
The Goalkeeper: The grades are in, and they aren't pretty for Brad Knighton after his first start in MLS. Knighton's fumble of a loose ball - and ensuing tackle on Brek Shea, which resulted in a red card - was a turning point in the Union's 3-1 loss at FC Dallas.
I almost forgot about this. But I shouldn't, because the game was played so it should be rated.
The Goalkeeper: When the Chicago Fire played at Soldier Field, they drew some of the biggest crowds in Major League Soccer. But since moving to suburban Bridgeview, Ill., they've suffered a noticeable drop in attendance and atmosphere. Will the same thing happen to the Union?
