Guillermo Barros Schelotto scored a disputed goal in the 57th minute and assisted on Eric Brunner's score to help the Columbus Crew beat D.C. United, 2-0, on Saturday night in Columbus, Ohio.

Emilio Renteria's shot hit the left post and deflected off Schelotto's right fist before he brought the ball down and calmly slotted it into the net for his fifth goal.

It's a draw. G20 Summit protesters prevented several thousand fans from attending the Toronto FC-Los Angeles Galaxy game at BMO Field in Toronto. Subway shutdowns, altered bus routes, and the uncertainty over road closures contributed to the smaller-than-usual crowd.

The attendance was announced at 18,809, though it didn't reflect the actual number of fans in the stands. The game ended in an 0-0 draw.

Running to victory. Juan Pablo Angel scored two late goals, both after long runs down the right side of the field, to cement the New York Red Bulls' 3-0 victory over the Kansas City Wizards.
