Sixers sign undrafted free agents Isaiah Briscoe, Melo Trimble, James Blackmon Jr.

Two of the players, a source said, will suit up for the Sixers' summer team.

With barely 12 hours gone since the 76ers finished drafting, the team has moved on to looking at prospects to sign as undrafted free agents.

So far, there have been three signings we know of: Kentucky's Isaiah Briscoe, Maryland's Melo Trimble and Indiana's James Blackmon, Jr. A source confirmed that Briscoe and Trimble received deals to play for the Sixers' summer-league team. The details of Blackmon's contract aren't known yet.

Briscoe, a 6-foot-3 point guard, played two seasons for the Wildcats. The Newark, N.J., native averaged 12.1 points, 4.2 assists and 5.4 rebounds in 2016-17. He played against Sixers No. 1 draft pick Markelle Fultz in high school.

Trimble, also a 6-3 point guard, played three seasons for the Terrapins. The Upper Marlboro, Md., native averaged 16.8 points, 3.7 assists and 3.6 rebounds in 2016-17 and shot 34.3 percent from three-point range in his college career. The Sixers had him in for a workout earlier this month.

Blackmon, a 6-4 shooting guard, played three seasons for the Hoosiers. He averaged 17.0 points, 1.9 assists and 4.8 rebounds in 2016-17 and shot 45.2 percent from three-point range in his college career. He was definitely a volume shooter, launching of 7.2 threes per game as a junior and 6.5 per game for his career.
