The Thaddeus Young era in Philadelphia is officially coming to an end.

According to a report from Jerry Zgoda of the Minnesota Star Tribune, the Sixers will trade Young to the Minnesota Timberwolves as part of a three-team deal that will land all-star forward Kevin Love with Cleveland Cavaliers.

In exchange for Young, the Sixers will receive former Timberwolves Luc Mbah a Moute, Alexey Shved and the Miami Heat’s first-round draft pick in 2015, which came from the Cavaliers.

The Timberwolves received not only Young from the Sixers, but also Andrew Wiggins and Anthony Bennett from the Cavaliers.
