Dwayne Davis works out for Sixers

The 76ers worked out former Southern Mississippi guard Dwayne Davis on Wednesday at PCOM. The 6-foot-5 senior averaged 16 points while shooting 41 percent on three-pointers in his lone season of college basketball.

The 76ers worked out former Southern Mississippi guard Dwayne Davis on Wednesday at PCOM. The 6-foot-5 senior averaged 16 points while shooting 41 percent on three-pointers in his lone season of college basketball.

The Sixers have a first-round pick (11th) and two second-round selections (35th and 42d) in Thursday's NBA draft. Davis is projected to go undrafted.

The Norristown native was a standout at Strawberry Mansion High School in North Philly.
