ALLEN IVERSON is back in the endorsement game.

We're talkin' socks.

Not sneakers. Not jerseys.

Socks!

Stance, a company that manufactures unique, high-end footwear, announced yesterday it had signed the former Sixers star to a multiyear deal.

So if you need a pair of calf-length foot-warmers that show AI wearing his No. 3 Sixers uniform well . . . Stance has the Answer.

For $16 a pair.

"He brought style, attitude and hip-hop to the league," the company says on its website, Stance.com. "He made it OK to be uncommon."

Iverson isn't the only former Sixer in the fold. Wilt Chamberlain and Julius Erving are also available.

On the website, Iverson appears in a video, shot in Philly, in which he talks a lot about himself, but says nothing about socks.

"I don't wanna be nothing else but me," Iverson says while sitting near the Ben Franklin Bridge. "I love who my family and my friends love. That's like one of the best things in my life. You know when someone comes up to me and says, 'You changed my life because of how you are and who you are as a person. It don't get no better than that . . .

"We can be and do anything we want in life, and it don't take a perfect man to accomplish that. It don't take that. It's not cockiness, it's not arrogance, it's not being conceited when you believe in you. My whole thing was, if it's you or me, it's me. All I care about is accomplishing the goal at hand."

Which, now, is selling socks.
