ORLANDO - First it was the Houston Rockets. Now it's the New York Knicks. Who's next?

NBA teams, looking to clear salary-cap space, reportedly are lining up to make trade offers to the 76ers, who are $30 million under the cap.

ESPN reported Monday that the Knicks and the Sixers have discussed a deal that would send Amar'e Stoudemire and Iman Shumpert to Philadelphia. That move would free up $26.1 million in cap space for the Knicks to chase a top-level free agent.

Last week, it was reported that the Rockets want to unload Jeremy Lin's salary so they could pursue free agents Carmelo Anthony or Chris Bosh. The Sixers would want a first-round pick for taking Lin's salary off their hands, according to reports.

Lin is set to make $15 million this season, with $8.4 million counting against the salary cap.
