MAGIC GUARD GILBERT Arenas doesn't want his ex-girlfriend - the mother of his four children - to appear on "Basketball Wives LA" on VH1.

According to reports, he has filed a lawsuit to stop Laura Govan from exploiting his image.

This from a guy who got suspended for most of the 2009-10 season for bringing unloaded guns into the Wizards' locker room.

Arenas' name isn't mentioned on the show but the suit claims "the very presence of defendant Govan and the title of the show is an obvious reference to [Arenas]."

Really? Did anyone point out that Arenas and Gowan were never married?

The two broke up about 6 months ago, but Govan gave birth to their fourth child a few weeks ago and the pair is in a bitter support battle.

Which brings us to some tweets Arenas made on Twitter Sunday that would lead you to believe he was happy his ex was on the show.

(Note - The "BM" in Arenas' tweet refers to Baby Mama, we kid you not):

"for everybody talkin about my BM on that tv show . . . i dont care what she does . . . if she gets a job i pay less money to her. most players dont know that . . . 1 they cant lie about u on tv u can sue the show 2 if they hav a job it lowers ur pay . . . so let them work."

Oddly enough, he made that tweet after he filed the lawsuit.

He's a tweet thang

Andy Murray meets Feliciano Lopez in today's Wimbledon quarterfinals.

Which could be a tad embarrassing for Andy's mom, Judy Murray, who while watching the 29-year-old Lopez in a recent match tweeted: "Oooooooooh Deliciano . . . looking good out there. As always."

Notice her cougarlike pet name for Feliciano?

Andy sure did. And it creeped him out.

"I think it's about time she stopped that nonsense," he told reporters. " Makes me want to throw up. It's disgusting."
