Channing Frye scored 17 points last night to lift the Phoenix Suns to a 115-113 exhibition victory over the 76ers in Phoenix.

Amar'e Stoudemire, Jason Richardson and Leandro Barbosa scored 16 points apiece for the Suns (2-2).

Marreese Speights collected 32 points and 12 rebounds for the Sixers, who suffered their first preseason loss after four wins. Lou Williams scored 27 points.

The Sixers will take on the Suns again tomorrow, with the game being played in Monterrey, Mexico.

The Sixers opened camp under new head coach Eddie Jordan on Sept. 29. Jordan has used the majority of this preseason installing his Princeton offense as well as his defensive schemes.

After Thursday's practice, Jordan said a main goal for this two-game swing was to have the offense come together a little bit more.

The Sixers play the Washington Wizards - Jordan's former team - on Tuesday at the Wachovia Center. On Friday, they'll play the Nets at St. John's University.
