After the Sixers’ second-consecutive losing season, the franchise and general manager Sam Hinkie have a chance to fill a few holes in the upcoming 2014 NBA draft.

MORE: BEHIND THE DRAFT LOTTERY NUMBERS

The Sixers wracked up 63 losses and finished with the second-worst record in the league, but the club did register the league’s fastest pace at 101.6 possessions per game, three more than the Houston Rockets. Though this did produce a league-worst 17.0 turnovers per game.

After Hinkie’s first draft that saw him deal away Jrue Holiday and bring in Michael Carter-Williams and Nerlens Noel in the first round, the expectations are high for another historic draft. Specifically, this could be a draft that could change the face of the franchise.

It’s safe to say that Philly’s fanbase deserves a pick-me-up.

Above are the Daily News’ expected top-10 picks of the upcoming draft based on college players and how they fit with the Sixers organization, including where they fit within the team based on the club’s current needs.

Make sure to have your say and vote on which player you think the 76ers should draft:
