Stephen Williams injury: Seahawks WR taken to locker room for concussion tests
Williams suffered the injury during the Seahawks' first drive of teh game. Russell Wilson connected with Williams for a 50-yard completion on the second play of the drive. Williams, however, went to the locker room after making the catch.
The wide receiver spent the first three seasons of his career with the Arizona Cardinals. Williams flashed potential despite signing with the team as an undrafted free agent, but his production tapered off after starting three games his rookie season.
"His size is great, but his speed is really something that kind of opens yours eyes a little bit. He gets down the field so fast. The touchdown he caught, the (defender) was probably (lined up) 12 yards off of him and he just caught up to him so quickly."
The Seahawks have already placed fellow wide receiver Percy Harvin on the PUP list.
