Kendall Wright scares fantasy owners with knee injury

Kendall Wright was carted to the locker room after suffering a knee injury in the Titans second preseason game. Wright was set to undergo an MRI after the game, and while the test results haven't been released, Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean said early indications suggested a sprained knee, not the feared ACL tear.

Wyatt also said Wright was "pretty worried" about his knee afterwards. If the initial beliefs are true and it's simply a sprain, Wright will probably miss a few weeks.

Fantasy impact: Last week, Wyatt called Wright one of the top performers in training camp. His stock was on the rise, so owners will have to hope for the best here.

The Titans have multiple receivers vying for playing time, which will make it hard for owners to pinpoint one in particular to jump on. Wright is listed as a starter opposite Kenny Britt. After a promising rookie year, Wright has upside. Montior his status to see if his knee injury proves to be sprain.
