INTERNATIONAL LEAGUE (AAA)
Charlotte 5, Lehigh Valley 2: 2B Scott Kingery (.302) went 2-for-4 and scored a run for the IronPigs (68-51).Jose Taveras (1-1, 1.59) gave up a pair of homers and three runs total in six innings for the loss.

EASTERN LEAGUE (AA)
Richmond 5, Reading 4: LHP Cole Irvin allowed three runs in seven innings, but took a no-decision when Victor Arano gave up a walkoff homer to Richmond’s Caleb Gindi.LF Cord Sandberg went 3-for-5 and hit his third homer of the season for Reading (60-56).

FLORIDA STATE LEAGUE (A)
Lakeland 3, Clearwater 2: RHP Sixto Sanchez pitched six innings and gave up three runs (all in the fifth inning) on six hits in the loss. Sanchez (0-2, 6.00 ERA) threw 74 pitches, four hit 100 mph on the radar gun.3B Zach Green went 3-for-4 with a solo homer (his fifth) and an RBI single for the Threshers, which fell to 23-25.

SOUTH ATLANTIC LEAGUE (A)
Lakewood 5, Delmarva 4: 1B Darick Hall hit his 23rd homer of the season and the BlueClaws (21-27) scored three runs in the eighth to snap their four-game losing streak.3B Raul Rivas and RF Jesus Alastre followed Hall’s eighth-inning homer with RBI singles to complete the rally. RHP Ismael Cabrera (8-5, 3.67) pitched two scoreless innings for the win and RHP Will Hibbs tossed a perfect ninth for his 14th save of the season, tied for most in the SAL.CF Mickey Moniak (.250) went 1-for-5 with a double.

NEW YORK-PENN LEAGUE (A)
Tri-City at Williamsport: The game was postponed by rain and will be made up Saturday as part of a doubleheader. Williamsport is 24-22.

GULF COAST LEAGUE (Rookie)
Tigers West 9, Phillies 8: DH Quincy Nieporte and 1B Edwin Rodriguez each had two RBI for the Phils, which scored six runs in the eighth to make a game of it. LHP Jose Jimenez (1-1, 4.94) gave up seven runs — five earned — in 4.2 innings for the loss.
