Murph : Double entendre?...Who's the right-handed hitter? Someone posted something provocative in last couple days : Sign Adrian Beltre. Polly goes back to his natural position, 2B, Utley plays right. Beltre takes Werths spot in the BA, and when someone in the infield needs an off-day, or is d-l'ed, Phils don't miss a beat defensively, but it would be Fransisco or Gload in right, and their bat in the BA, instead of Valdez's.

makes a lot of sense...$ can't be a problem and Utley can go to right and excel.

Get Aaron Rowand back to play Center and put Victorino in Right again.
Brown does not look like the answer, at least for now at the Major League level.

In case anyone is interested, the split screen photo purported to contain the images of Ben Francisco and Domonic Brown actually contains the images of Ben Francisco and former Phil, Greg Golson. Check it out -- I'm 100% certain of this.

There will be a body out in right field, but there won't be a replacement for years. Werth wasn't worth the money, but the Phils don't have a replacement. But it's only the fans' loss.

When Werth and Ibanez were both struggling last summer, everybody was screaming for Brown as he was tearing up the minors. Now Brown suddenly can't play and isn't the answer because he scuffled in limited at bats in Sept and Oct and in 9 winter ball games. Stick him out there everyday and let him grow into the position. He'll be more than fine.

If Utley/Victorino/Rollins/Ibanez have another slop season, it won't matter who's in RF.
