The Phillies dropped their pitching coach this morning, and the restructuring continues as they have hired a new physical trainer.

Paul Fournier has taken the position, after six years as the athletic training coordinator for the Expos, and nine years with the Marlins. He joined the Phillies as the Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coordinator until his promotion this morning. Prospect Kelly Dugan credited Fournier with the training program that helped him bounce back from hamstring and ankle issues this season.

Fournier replaces Dong Lien, who can be seen here being victimized by a cruel Vance Worley prank.
