Do you agree with moving Park to the 'pen?
Yes
No

As Tweeted moments ago from the Phillies' clubhouse, J.A. Happ has been inserted into the Phillies' starting rotation, replacing Chan Ho Park.

Happ will start Saturday against the Yankees at the new Yankee Stadium.

Happ is 2-0 with a 2.49 earned run average out of the bullpen. He had been scheduled to start Saturday, but a 12-inning game Friday night forced the Phillies to use him in relief.

Park, who won the fifth starter's job in spring training, has a 7.08 earned run average and is coming off his worst start of the season Sunday, when he did not get out of the second inning.

Had high hopes after a good spring training... that didn't last.

He stinks. I would rather have Chan Blow Park play for the Mets. This way they'd lose more games.

And it took this long to figure out he was no good. Next time ask me first. Everybody looks good in ST.

He won the job fair and square in Spring Training. And he lost it fair and square with his pi$$ poor performance since.

I was impressed with Chan in the Dodger pen last year. I think he's better suited for the pen at this point of his career anyway, regardless of how terrible he was in the rotation this year. His velocity should improve as well.

Good move Charlie. Happ has earned a spot in the rotation and I'm sure will do well. Park can sharpen his skills with short relief in the bullpen. I think he will come around as the weather warms up. Again, Good Move Charlie.

Happ was pitching much too well to stay in the 'pen. Plus, JC will be coming back soon to take a LHP spot there. Park could get another chance if Moyer doesn't straighten out.

An even better move would have been to sign Lowe during the winter and not sign Park at all. One big signing a year is not going to do it when the Mets and Braves outspend us.
