Cueto boosts Royals' Vegas odds
Kansas City strengthened its spot as World Series favorites with the acquisition of pitcher Johnny Cueto from Cincinnati. Kansas City traded away three prospects for Cueto, the runner-up for the National League's Cy Young Award last season, moving the Royals' championship odds to 7-2 from 4-1, according to the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook.
