8:15, Busch Stadium, St. Louis. TV: Channel 17. Radio: WPHT (1210-AM); WUBA (1480-AM) Spanish.

Pitching matchup: RHP Roy Halladay (9-3, 2.56) at RHP Kyle McClellan (6-3, 3.96)

HALLADAY vs. CARDINALS: This is Halladay's first start against St. Louis this season. He faced them once last season, allowing two runs in seven innings of a 7-2 win at Citizens Bank Park. Halladay took a no decision in the Phillies' come-from-behind win over the Marlins last Wednesday. He'll get his second crack at reaching double digits in wins tonight.

PHILLIES vs. McCLELLAN: The 27-year-old righthander has stepped up in a big way after the Cardinals lost Adam Wainwright to Tommy John surgery. McClellan went 6-1 with a 3.11 ERA in his first 10 starts, but has been roughed up a bit in his last two outings, allowing five runs in five innings to the Nationals and seven runs in four innings to the Giants.

FYI: The Phils won't have to worry about Albert Pujols. The Cardinals announced yesterday that the All-Star first baseman is out 4-to-6 weeks with a fractured left wrist

NEXT FOUR:

Wednesday at Cardinals: LHP Cliff Lee (7-5, 3.12) at RHP Kyle Lohse (7-3, 2.88)

Thursday at Cardinals: RHP Roy Oswalt (4-5, 3.38) at RHP Chris Carpenter (1-7, 4.47)

Friday vs. Athletics: TBA vs. TBA
