Greenville trims Lakewood lead

GREENVILLE, S.C. - Mitch Dening's RBI double keyed a three-run sixth inning last night as the Greenville Drive stayed alive in the South Atlantic League Championship Series with a 3-2 win over the Lakewood BlueClaws.

Lakewood leads the best-of-five series, two games to one. Greg Gose was 3 for 5, Jim Murphy had an RBI double in the fifth inning, and Travis Mattair had another RBI double in the eighth for the BlueClaws.
