Garret Anderson, Casey Kotchman and Vladimir Guerrero also homered for the Angels, who dropped Paul Byrd to 0-2 this season.
Dustin Moseley (1-1) was staked to a 6-0 lead and allowed four runs and nine hits in six innings.
Cleveland closed with four runs in the sixth.
