Video: Ryan Howard and Mike Trout appear in Subway Super Bowl ad

Subway is celebrating Jared Fogle’s 15 years of staying lean in grand fashion with a 30-second ad to air during the Super Bowl Sunday. The commercial includes a number of cameos from all across the world of sports, including two local names: Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard and Angels outfielder, and Millville N.J. native, Mike Trout.

Subway is celebrating Jared Fogle’s 15 years of staying lean in grand fashion with a 30-second ad to air during the Super Bowl Sunday. The commercial includes a number of cameos from all across the world of sports, including two local names: Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard and Angels outfielder, and Millville N.J. native, Mike Trout.

Howard has appeared in a number of Subway ads to date, but this is Trout’s first major commercial since winning the American League Rookie of the Year and finishing second in the MVP voting. Among the other athletes that make a cameo are former Rutgers football player Eric LeGrand and Giants defensive lineman Justin Tuck.
