Passion crush Cleveland with 60-18 win

After losing the Lingerie Bowl last season, the Passion have come out with something to prove in 2011. They rolled to a 48-0 win in their season opener against the Breeze, and on Saturday night dominated the Cleveland Crush, 60-18, to improve to 2-0 on the season.

Marirose Roach, who scored five touchdowns in the opener, notched six more this week. The star running back rushed for 134 yards on 14 carries and four touchdowns, while passing for 97 yards and a pair of touchdowns on just four attempts.

Quarterback Christy Bell also threw for a touchdown, but Roach was the clear star for the second straight week. She accounted for 231 of the Passion's 302 total yards.

The Passion's next game will be on November 18 against the 2-1 Baltimore Charm.
