2008 USA Gymnastics Olympic Trials
The U.S. Olympic Gymnastics Team Trials were held in Philadelphia. The competition at the Wachovia Center cleared the way for some gymnasts to make the trip to Beijing. Others will have to wait to see if they will be named Olympians.
Shawn Johnson bested rival Nastia Liukin to win the all-around title.
