Phillies president and Philadelphia Sports Congress chairman David Montgomery, Philadelphia Union CEO Nick Sakiewicz, Eagles president Joe Banner and Philadelphia mayor Michael Nutter spoke at a press conference promoting the city's effort to be part of the United States' bid package for either the 2018 or 2022 World Cup at City Hall on November 16, 2009.
