Union goalie Andre Blake left Wednesday's CONCACAF Gold Cup final between the United States and Jamaica with a hand injury.

The 26-year-old was in net for Jamaica when he made two consecutive diving saves off shots from U.S. players Jozy Altidore and Kellyn Acosta in the 19th minute before doubling over, grabbing his hand in pain, and leaving the match.

Blake's effort kept the game scoreless, but his replacement, Dwayne Miller, let up a goal to Altidore off a free kick, giving the U.S. a 1-0 lead.

Further details on Blake's injury were not available.
