St. Joseph’s Prep, ranked No. 1 in Southeastern Pennsylvania by the Inquirer, exploded for 28 points in the second half to secure a 38-6 win over Archbishop Carroll. The Hawks picked up their 18th straight victory dating back to last year.

Brian Whitmore’s 27-yard TD run gave the Hawks an early lead. The Patriots had a score called back due to a holding penalty. Anthony Tigano’s 32-yard field goal made it 10-0 St. Joseph’s Prep at the half.

Marques Mason and Marquez McCray added rushing touchdowns in the third to make it 24-0.

Aaron Young ran for three touchdowns as Coatesville rolled to a 42-0 win over West Chester Henderson.

The Red Raiders scored a touchdown on the second play of the game when Ricky Ortega hooked up with Kathero Summers for a 54-yard score. Young added his three touchdowns to turn the contest into a blowout.

Danny Guy had two touchdowns and Garnet Valley defeated Strath Haven, 42-14.

Guy ripped off a 43-yard TD run to give Garnet Valley the early lead. Colin Robinson’s 1-yard score made it 14-0 early in the second quarter, but the Panthers responded with a touchdown of their own. Guy added his second touchdown in the third quarter.

Malvern Prep struggled on offense in a 27-9 loss to McDonogh. The Friars have lost three straight games.

McDonogh jumped out to an early lead on Nathan Walsh’s 27-yard TD pass to BJ Farrare. DeJuan Ellis added passing and rushing touchdowns to make it 21-0 at the half. Giovanni Procaccini’s rushing score halfway through the third made it 27-0.

Running back Rahsul Faison finished with 278 yards and five touchdowns in Pottsgrove’s 49-0 rout of Upper Merion. Faison scored four of his touchdowns in the first half.

Joe Zubillaga recorded three touchdowns as Unionville beat Oxford, 40-0. The Indians improved to 5-0 and defeated the Hornets for the 16th straight time.

Zubillaga got the Indians off to a fast start when he rumbled into the end zone from eight yards out. The Unionville defense followed up with a score as Alijah Woodall scooped up a backward pass and went 16 yards for a touchdown. Dante Graham added a rushing TD to make it 19-0 after one quarter. Zubillaga caught a 31-yard touchdown pass and JT Hower took a reverse 24 yards to the house, making it 33-0 at the half.

Isaiah Domine had 80 yards receiving and two touchdowns as Perkiomen Valley cruised past Owen J. Roberts, 27-0.

Brendan Schimpf’s 1-yard TD run gave Perkiomen Valley a 7-0 lead with 3:15 left in the second quarter. After Owen J. Roberts went three-and-out, Joe Peterlin threw a 55-yard touchdown pass to Domine. The Vikings’ defense forced a fumble before the half, and Mike Weir connected on a field goal to make it 17-0.

Weir’s 30-yard field goal and Domine’s touchdown catch made it 27-0 after three.

Nick Kutufaris’ rushing touchdown capped off Cardinal O’Hara’s 21-0 triumph over Catholic League foe Bonner-Prendergast.

Taseer Jones caught a screen pass from Luke Sprague and sprinted 30 yards to the end zone to give the Lions a 7-0 edge at the half. O’Hara linebacker/defensive end Tyric Gould led a dominant defensive effort to keep the Friars off the board.

The trio of Matt DeLaurentis, AJ Natale and Jake Bildstein combined for five touchdowns as Pope John Paul II stayed perfect with a 38-13 victory over Pottstown.
