Laura Pendelton scored late in the second half to give the Upper Dublin girls' soccer team a 1-0 win over Abington on Monday. Devon Jones made a few big saves in the second half to preserve the victory for the Cardinals, who have yet to allow more than one goal in a single match.

Alex Craine, Trish Hauck, and Allie Walsh had one goal apiece in Central Bucks West's 3-0 triumph over Hatboro-Horsham.

Kate Henesey recorded five goals in the first half as Lansdale Catholic cruised past Archbishop Carroll, 8-1. Kellie Gillen added two goals for the victors.

Kaitlyn Findlay, Sarah Szychulski, and Madison Taylor each finished with two goals in Archbishop Ryan's 8-1 win over Hallahan.

Julia Stellabotte had a hat trick as Cardinal O'Hara rolled to an 11-0 victory over Bishop McDevitt. Freshman Sheila Bennetta recorded her first varsity goal for the Lions, who improved to 4-0 in the Catholic League.

Corrine Renninger scored two goals as Boyertown defeated Pottsgrove, 6-1. Grace Conover, Kayleigh Gallagher, Mattie Gallagher, and Megan Knier each had one goal apiece.

Boys' Soccer

Louis Luongo's two goals propelled Springfield (M) to a 7-2 triumph over Collegium.

Abe Wachs had a hat trick as Barrack Hebrew took down AIM Academy.

Alex Hartzel scored the lone goal in Plumstead Christian's 1-0 win over Delco Christian.

Field Hockey

Taylor Hamm and Gabby Martina had three goals apiece as Perkiomen Valley blanked Pope John Paul II, 8-0.

Olivia Hoover notched a hat trick as Methacton stayed perfect with a 5-0 victory over Pottstown. Mackenzie Henry and Grace Hirst also scored for the Warriors, who improved to 8-0.

Rella Staley had four goals as Upper Merion beat Norristown, 5-2. Samme Deskiewicz added one goal and an assist for the victors.

New Hope-Solebury rolled past Hatboro-Horsham, 8-0, behind four goals from Sarah Wilson. Rachel Saxton notched two goals for the Lions.

Moira Olexa ended with two goals and Upper Moreland defeated Truman, 3-1.

Natalie Carter scored on a penalty corner as St. Basil sneaked past Archbishop Ryan, 1-0.

Girls' Tennis

Senior Gabrielle Garrett of Central defeated Anna Kalinovskaia of Northeast, 6-0, 6-2, to secure her 50th career win. Garrett has been playing singles since her freshman season. Central won the match by a 5-0 margin.

Boys' Golf

Haverford School won the Springside Chestnut Hill Invitational at Sunnybrook Golf Club with a score of 222. Penn Charter freshman Patrick Isztwan shot a 33 to finish first overall.

Unionville remained perfect with a win over Avon Grove, 187-209.  The low rounds of the day came from Connor Bennink and David Starnes with scores of 36 and 37, respectively.

Girls' Volleyball

Bishop Shanahan and Archbishop Carroll will play under the lights in the first outdoor girls' high school volleyball match in Pennsylvania on Saturday, September 23. The annual "Spikes at Night Under the Lights" event will be held on Bishop Shanahan's turf stadium.
