By Tim McManus, INQUIRER STAFF WRITERDowningtown East locked up the No. 1 seed in the District 1 Class AAAA tournament and its first unbeaten regular season in school history Friday with a 6-3 win over visiting West Chester Henderson in a Ches-Mont National football game.The Cougars, ranked second in Southeastern Pennsylvania by The Inquirer, open the tournament at home next weekend. Ryley Angeline gave the Cougars (10-0, 6-0) a 6-0 lead on an 8-yard run in the third quarter.Sean Engles 37-yard field goal cut the lead in half in the fourth quarter, but the Warriors (7-3, 3-3) couldnt get any closer.
