HERSHEY, Pa. - For the fourth straight year, Neumann-Goretti's Quade Green and Dhamir Cosby-Roundtree proudly left Chocolatetown with championship medals draped around their necks.

The elite senior duo wrapped things up on a super-high note, as the Saints demolished outmanned Lincoln Park, 89-58, in Thursday night's PIAA Class 3A state basketball final at the Giant Center.

N-G, which had a 31-9 cushion in the first half and comfortably led by 61-31 late in the third quarter, captured its seventh state crown in eight seasons.

Green, a dynamic point guard who is ticketed for Kentucky, produced 22 points, eight assists, and two steals. The 6-foot-8 Cosby-Roundtree, who is bound for Villanova, delivered 15 points, 13 rebounds, and four blocked shots.

"I can't explain the feeling of how happy I am after winning these games," Cosby-Roundtree said. "We've been working hard since we were freshmen."

Sophomore guard and sixth man Christian Ings chipped in 13 points, three assists, three rebounds, and a steal. Mike Millsip, a 6-4 senior forward, had 11 points, five boards, and three steals.

Gaining a huge measure of redemption after losing in the Catholic League final for a third straight year, the Saints (24-7) won five state playoff games by an average margin of 28.2 points.

"After the devastation of coming up short in the Catholic League, people don't realize how hard it is to get these kids back, and what that says about who they are," N-G coach Carl Arrigale said.

District 7 runner-up Lincoln Park (25-6) lacked the size and depth to keep up with the District 12 champs, the Saints shot 13 for 24 from the field (4 for 5 from beyond the arc) and 12 for 15 from the line while taking a 42-19 lead into the locker room.

Green registered 13 points and seven assists in the opening 16 minutes; Cosby-Roundtree notched 11 boards, seven points, and three blocks; and junior guard Noah Warren drilled a pair of second-quarter treys.

Lincoln Park's Nelly Cummings, a 6-foot senior guard and Bowling Green recruit, came in averaging 28.4 points.

Green, Ings, and Warren took turns defending Cummings in the first half and limited him to 10 points. The Leopards' standout finished with a game-high 37 points.

Closing with 2,411 career points, Cummings ranks fifth on the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League's all-time scoring list.

Green capped his brilliant career with 1,853 points, which ranks second in N-G history. Ja'Quan Newton, now a junior at Miami, is the school's all-time leader with 1,972 markers. With 1,254 points, Cosby-Roundtree is the program's No. 8 all-time scorer.

In 19 seasons at 10th and Moore Streets, Arrigale has compiled a 456-101 record (.819 winning percentage).
