Villa Maria is the defending PIAA state Class AA champion. Notre Dame was the 2013 Independent Schools state champion.

Lansdale Catholic 3, Germantown Academy 3 (OT): Colbie Cummings, Sarah Opdyke and Gabby Quatrone did the scoring for visiting Lansdale Catholic. Annie Peterson scored twice for Germantown Academy. Mackenzie Pluck also scored a goal.
