Lower Moreland left Lehigh with the title, finishing with 74 points. Nazareth Academy's Karli Visconto won in 19:06.

Bonner-Prendergast 8, Bishop McDevitt 0: Jess Campbell had a hat trick to lead the third-seeded Pandas at home over the No. 6 Lancers. Kerri Quinn and Sierra Stretch scored two goals apiece. Riley Dolan had five assists.

Gwynedd Mercy 3, Moravian Academy 2: Emily Price defeated Moravian's Skyler Hammond, 6-3, 6-2, in third singles at Hershey Racquet Club.
