Anthony Brown's three-pointer at the buzzer Thursday lifted the String Theory boys' basketball team over Motivation, 59-58. Brown finished with 20 points.

Christian Ray recorded a double-double with 23 points and 11 rebounds as Haverford School edged Phelps, 71-66. Kharon Randolph added 21 points for the victors. The Fords shot 17 of 18 from the foul line in the fourth quarter.

Shane Dooley and Tom Quarry combined for 37 points as Father Judge upended Central Bucks South, 61-52. Nate Robinson scored 29 points in a losing effort.

Mastery North had five players in double figures, paced by Lakeem McAliley's 19 points, in a 80-75 victory over Math, Civics and Sciences. The Pumas held onto a 26-point lead entering the fourth quarter.

Josh Stanley tallied 14 points as Boys' Latin escaped with a 55-53 win over Frankford.
