Tuesday's S.J. roundup: Camden's Corey Greer tops 1,000 career points in overtime win against Camden Catholic

Corey Greer recorded his 1,000th career point and scored a team-high 22 points Tuesday as the Camden boys’ basketball team topped Camden Catholic, 61-55, in overtime. Myles Thompson had a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds for the Panthers. Babatunde Ajike scored 28 points for the Irish.

Camden County Tech came back from six down with 58 seconds left to sneak past Cedar Creek, 69-67. Zayre Kinslow, who scored 21 points, made the game-winning layup with four seconds remaining. DaVaughn Williams and Warren Bethea scored 16 points apiece for the Warriors.

Andrew Sims poured in a game-high 30 points to lift Lenape over Eastern, 58-48. Alex Matthews contributed with 12 points for the Indians.

Maurice Murray recorded 18 points as Timber Creek outlasted Seneca, 53-51, in overtime.
