Girls
Bria Mack, senior, Williamstown: She's the defending champion and the top seed, with a personal-best time of 11.58 seconds at the Group 4 state meet.
Shakira Dancy, junior, Winslow Township: She's the No. 2 seed in 100 (11.80 seconds) and the 200 (24.00) and the No. 3 seed in the 400 (55.53).
Aliya Harrison, junior, Sterling: She's the No. 4 seed in the 100 (11.91).
Cecelia Gerstenbacher, senior, Delsea: She's the No. 5 seed in the 100 (11.94).
Lenaami Morton, senior, Camden: She's the defending champion and the No. 1 seed in the high hurdles (14.10).
Rachel Vick, senior, Kingsway: She's the No. 1 seed in both the 1,600 (4:49.26) and 3,200 (10:29.28) although the University of Connecticut recruit likely will only run one of them.
Alyssa Aldridge, junior, Mainland: She's the No. 2 seed in the 3,200 (10 minutes, 34.11 seconds). The state's top cross-country athlete has run the 3,200 in 10:27.44 this season at the Rowan Open.
Alexa Gardner, junior, Hammonton: She's the No. 2 seed in the javelin (142 feet, 1 inch).
Tionna Tobias, sophomore, Winslow Township: She's the No. 2 seed in the long jump (19-3).

Jon Taylor, senior, Salem: He's the defending champion and No. 2 seed (10.58) in the 100.
Martin Booker, Jr., senior, Pennsauken: He's the No. 4 seed in the 100 (10.67) and the No. 2 seed in the 200 (21.39).
Antonio Tarantino, junior, Paul VI: He's the No. 1 seed in the 200 (21.28).
Brandon Outlaw, senior, Moorestown: He's the No. 1 seed in the 400 (46.82).
Brock Amir, senior, Egg Harbor Township: He's the No. 2 seed in the 400 (47.44) and the No. 4 seed in the 200 (21.87).
