S. Jersey Girls: McCracken scores 20 in Wildwood victory

Mackenzie McCracken led all scorers with 20 points and host Wildwood defeated Brandywine (Del.), 39-24, Tuesday in the final of the Kaitlin Anzalone Memorial Girls' Basketball Bracket at the Boardwalk Classic.

The game was played at the Wildwood Convention Center.

McCracken also had seven rebounds and three assists, in addition to shooting a perfect 4 for 4 from the foul line. Tracey Young added six points and 12 rebounds.

In the consolation game, Nicole Fox had 12 points and six rebounds as St. Joseph defeated MaST Charter, 42-14. Alyssa Gerdes had nine points, four rebounds, and three assists.

Haddonfield Holiday Tournament. Brenna Cloud scored 23 points and pulled down 20 rebounds in Delran's 60-33 victory over Burlington City at Haddonfield. She also recorded four steals and one block. Gabrielle Gizzi had 18 points and drained five three-pointers.

Mary Kelly, C.C. Mooney, and Taylor Sehdev scored 15, 14, and 10 points, respectively, and host Haddonfield routed Hightstown, 63-21. Annie Stanton scored all nine of her points from three-pointers.

Collingswood Tournament. Elaina Hansen had 18 points and 12 rebounds to lead No. 10 Clearview past Moorestown in the semifinals at Collingswood. Jordan Harbaugh made three three-pointers and secured the victory by making two free throws with five seconds remaining.

GCIT Tournament. Jessica Beck scored a game-high 19 points to lead host GCIT over Maple Shade, 49-33. Tori Aversa had nine points, 10 rebounds, three assists, one block, and one steal.

Angelai Hayes had 20 points, 10 rebounds, three steals, and one assist as Woodbury defeated Buena, 55-19.

Green Wave Tournament. Marisa DiLeo led all scorers with 24 points and Cinnaminson defeated host Audubon, 42-26. DiLeo also had three three-pointers. She is the daughter of former Philadelphia 76ers general manager Tony DiLeo.

Nicole Velez scored 16 of her 21 points in the second half and Gloucester defeated Holy Cross, 50-38. Nicole DeMarco scored 17 points.

Angela Anderson Tournament. Ayanna Bey had 14 points, 11 rebounds, and four steals as Highland defeated Glassboro, 38-21, at Clayton. Azana Baines had 12 points, 13 rebounds, and three steals.
