S. Jersey Girls: S.J. girls: Lenape tops Cherokee, 1-0, in soccer

Bella Hovis scored in the 26th minute, and Lenape topped host Cherokee, 1-0, in an Olympic Conference soccer match Friday. Erin Donaghue assisted on the goal.

Elsewhere in the Olympic Conference:

Alexis Palladino scored twice to help host Shawnee to a 4-0 victory over Cherry Hill West. Brittany Hartwell-Miller and Alexis Palladino also scored.

Jillian Badgley's goal led visiting Paul VI past Camden Catholic, 1-0. Kate Deutsch had 17 saves.

Tri-County. Maciana Mazzeo had a hat trick as host Glassboro rolled past Woodstown, 6-0.

Leah Giles scored twice as visiting Deptford defeated Cumberland, 4-2.

McKenna Forry had 11 saves, to help host Hammonton shut out GCIT, 2-0. Kylie Mocarski and Gabby Tancredi scored.

Lauren Hoelke had both goals in Highland's 2-0 victory against visiting Triton. Anneliese DeFinizio had 8 saves.

MaryKate Ulmer and Ashley Engler each scored as Williamstown topped host Kingsway, 2-0.

Madison Shalaway had five saves as visiting Pitman shut out Salem, 3-0. Lindsey Boyd, Emily Galvin, and Katie Sayer scored.

Burlington County League. Millisa Yensel poured in four goals for Pemberton in the Hornets' 6-3 victory against visiting Medford Tech.

Madison Conroy had a hat trick to lead host Palmyra past Pennsauken, 6-0. Lily Garrett added two goals.

Field Hockey

Nora Strittmatter's two goals were more than enough for Rancocas Valley to get the win against visiting Burlington Township, 6-1, in a Burlington County League game. Kayla Jabkowski and Taryn Pendergast each had a goal and assist.

Jordyn Gendron and Samantha Gregory each scored twice to lead host Pemberton to a 6-0 victory over Medford Tech. Shanell Smith added two assists.

Bailee Mullen had nine saves as host Florence defeated Riverside, 2-1. Shannon Minton and Christina Stefanoni scored.

Tatum Dougherty scored twice as Holy Cross cruised by visiting Maple Shade, 4-0.

Tri-County. Thanks to Vanessa Lamb's game-tying goal with 90 seconds to go in regulation and Myranda McCabe's game winner in overtime, visiting Gloucester edged Glassboro, 2-1.

Mackenzie Mortellite scored twice to lead the way for host Hammonton in its 7-0 victory over GCIT.

Kassidy Kaelin, Mackenzie Lafferty, and Kaitlyn Malloy all scored to help Triton past host Highland, 3-0.
