Sat. S.J. football: Fast start pushes Paulsboro into final

Burgess scored on runs of 3 and 27 yards. He then caught a 6-yard touchdown pass from Carlton Aiken.

Aiken took care of the rest. He rushed for two scores in the second quarter and hit Theo Holloway for a 17-yard touchdown pass in the third quarter.

Paulsboro will face fourth-seeded Salem in the sectional final at noon Dec. 6 at Rowan University.

Cape-Atlantic. Kyle Dobbins returned a kickoff 56 yards for a touchdown and rushed for 108 yards as St. Augustine beat visiting Cedar Creek, 21-13, in an interdivision game.

Dobbins filled in for Lamont Harris, who left the game early with an injury. Harris finished his high school career with 3,713 rushing yards and 48 touchdowns.

Jose Tabora connected with Xavier File and Dan Pavlik on touchdown passes.
