Carino Club all-star rosters set

Senior guards Ron Curry of Paul VI and Carson Puriefoy of Bishop Eustace will be in the backcourt together as members of the West team for the Carino Club's 35th annual all-star basketball game March 25 at Rutgers-Camden.

Senior guards Ron Curry of Paul VI and Carson Puriefoy of Bishop Eustace will be in the backcourt together as members of the West team for the Carino Club's 35th annual all-star basketball game March 25 at Rutgers-Camden.

Tipoff for the longest-running all-star game in New Jersey will be 3 p.m., after the 1 p.m. start for the Tim Lenahan Memorial Game featuring some of South Jersey's best eighth-grade players.

Tickets are $5. Proceeds will benefit the Carino Club's scholarship program, which has contributed more than $95,000 to Lions Clubs' programs, according to Carino Club vice president Jack Mongulla.

Bishop Eustace's Bob Falconiero will coach the West team. Rancocas Valley's Jay Flanagan will coach the East.
