Tues. S.J. girls' roundup: Haddon Township wins Patriot again

Bella Preziosi (17 points), Sara DeCinque (15), and Alayxiah Carr (15) keyed the offense, while Kelly Roche pulled down nine rebounds for Township (17-2 overall, 12-1 conference).

Also in the Colonial:

Liberty Division coleaders Haddonfield and Sterling turned in dominant performances.

Catherine Senopoulos and Hayley Richmond combined for 30 points, 11 rebounds, and seven assists in guiding host Haddonfield past Haddon Heights, 64-44. The Garnets couldn't overcome an early 11-point deficit despite 17 points by Nadja Riggs.

Tyra Satchell had a game-high 16 points to go with her six assists and four steals, paving the way for 10th-ranked Sterling's 60-26 home rout of Overbrook.

Burlington County. Nola Henry and Kara Cezar combined for 36 points and Micahya Owens contributed 11 points, six rebounds, five steals, and two blocks as second-ranked Willingboro remained in command of the Patriot Division by rolling past visiting Cinnaminson, 66-30.

Taylor Umbrell and Tara Ballay led Delran's perimeter assault with 19 points apiece, making it easy for the third-ranked Bears in a 57-37 triumph at Northern Burlington.

Olympic. Brittany Snow produced 24 points, 10 rebounds, and two blocked shots for eighth-ranked Seneca, which converted 19 of 22 free throws to defeat visiting Woodrow Wilson, 68-59. Chanelle Perry countered with 26 points for the Tigers.

Shawnee ran its winning streak to 12 as Olivia Askin and Nikola Williams scored 13 points apiece to pace a balanced attack in a 52-37 win at Pennsauken. Vanessa Neal made four three-pointers in scoring 15 for the Indians.

Brianna Wylie tossed in 24 points for Lenape, which used a 17-7 third-quarter run to pull away from host Cherry Hill East, 55-39. The Cougars wasted Darby Festa's 20-point effort.

Morgan Harris led the way with 24 points and Jada Matthews posted 19 points and eight rebounds to power host Paul VI past Camden, 72-33. The Panthers' Siani Blackston scored 17.

Sage Bennett (21 points) and Kyanna Fillmore (16) had the hot hands for host Winslow Township in a 49-45 conquest of Timber Creek.

Tri-County. Dominique Hassinger scored 16 of her 20 points in the second half as sixth-ranked Delsea finished off host Salem, 61-46. Tiasia Tatem provided highlights for the Rams with 12 points and 13 rebounds.

Madison McClintock's double-double (17 points, 12 rebounds) was more than enough for host Gloucester to get past Cumberland, 45-13.

Clearview received scoring from 10 players - led by Kennedi Thompson's 10 points - in coasting to a 50-31 win at Pitman.

Cape-Atlantic. Fifth-ranked Sacred Heart obliterated Oakcrest, 73-19, with Brittany Harden (20 points) and Kennedy Johnson (16) doing most of the damage for the host Lions.

Host Mainland held off Holy Spirit, 52-48, as Alex Raring (17 points) led four Mustang scorers in double figures.

Selena Santiago saved her best for last, scoring 13 of her 19 points in the fourth quarter to spark Egg Harbor Township's 43-42 come-from-behind win at Millville. The Thunderbolts' Ashli Weems had a game-high 20 points.

Nonleague. Shannon Metzler scored all but two of her 12 points in an 18-8 game-opening run that send St. Joseph past visiting Glassboro, 44-37.
