Monday's South Jersey roundup: Eastern field hockey overpowers Cherry Hill East

Ryleigh Heck recorded a hat trick Monday as Eastern’s field hockey team defeated Cherry Hill East, 14-1. Amanda Middleman, Elise Pettisani and Tara Somers scored two goals apiece. Grace Ferriolo, Riley Hudson, Cate Kleeman, Theresa Schmus and Carlee Thompson also scored.

Juilia Patrone’s two goals helped Camden Catholic beat Timber Creek, 4-1. Natalie Berry and Katherine Walsh added goals.

Abbie Brown’s hat trick helped Kingsway roll past Deptford, 8-0. Erin Gray scored two goals, and Tori Griffiths, Natalie Ivans and Jacklyn Medlenov scored.
