Pitman's Baer pins three at Schalick quad

Pitman wrestler Tyler Baer dominated the Schalick Quad on Saturday, scoring falls in each of his three bouts to help the Panthers win all three of their matches.

Baer (152 pounds) pinned his Westampton Tech opponent in 2 minutes, 35 seconds. His pin against Schalick came in just 52 seconds.

The senior also wrestled Sterling at 160 pounds and scored his third fall of the day in 2:48.

Pitman defeated Westampton Tech, 57-21; beat Sterling, 43-26; and conquered the hosts, 49-15.

Boys' Basketball

Aziz Parker scored 20 points and hit the go-ahead three-pointer in the second overtime to give Medford Tech a 68-67 victory over William Penn at Bishop Eustace.

Medford Tech is ranked 21st in South Jersey by The Inquirer. William Penn is ranked third in Delaware by USA Today.

Elsewhere in the invitational:

Adam Perry scored 21 points and Brenden Ruby scored 19 points to aid No. 19 Rancocas Valley in its 55-54 victory over No. 13 Shawnee.

Nonleague. Warren Bethea made four three-pointers and scored 17 points to help Wildwood win at Camden County Tech, 60-53.

Phil Cisrow scored 18 points and Reuben Jacobs scored 16 points to help visiting Cumberland edge Burlington City, 59-55.

Kaleb Morton had 24 points and six rebounds, and brother Kamel Morton scored 15 points as visiting Delsea defeated Vineland, 75-57.

Jared Latane had 17 points and Robert Tindley had 15 points in host Haddon Heights' 45-42 victory over Camden Catholic.

Matt Murphy had 21 points and three three-pointers and Quamir Davis had 19 points and three three-pointers and host Delran defeated West Windsor-Plainsboro North, 57-45.

Jalen Collins scored 20 points to power host Triton to a 61-43 win against Overbrook.

Jaleel Hatcher scored 21 points and host Gloucester defeated Maple Shade, 51-42.

Jabril Enmonds scored 21 points to help Florence to a 39-36 victory over visiting Nottingham.

Jack Brockett scored 13 points and host Seneca defeated Hammonton, 46-43.

Zach Peterson scored 13 points and West Deptford won at Gloucester Catholic, 46-43.

Burlington County League. Dan Dyer hit four three-pointers and scored 19 points for host Moorestown in its 68-61 victory over No. 22 Cinnaminson.

Cape-Atlantic League. Jordan Herrin scored 23 points and St. Joseph beat visiting Millville, 63-48.
