S. Jersey Boys: S.J. boys: Ruble and Shawnee knock off No. 2 Cherokee

In another Olympic matchup, Kwame Amuno, Brendan Atkinson, Nick DiEttore, Matt Graus, Chris Morales, and Brandon Rudy each scored to lead host Timber Creek to a 6-0 shutout of Winslow Township.

Nonleague. No. 1 Washington Township defeated visiting Clearview, 4-0. Clayton Crosse, Brent Keeley, Travis Yates, and Collin Yeiter scored for the Minutemen. Matt Tini made four saves to earn the shutout.

Joe Grace and Nick Testa scored as Gloucester Catholic knocked off fifth-ranked host Williamstown, 2-1. Justin Curtin scored for the Braves.

Football

DeShaun Polk ran in the only touchdown late in the third quarter to give host Maple Shade a 7-0 nonleague win over Pitman.

In another nonleague game, Jelani McCargo rushed for 107 yards and two touchdowns in Woodrow Wilson's 27-18 win at No. 18 Palmyra. Anthony Ramos sealed the victory with a late interception.

Cape-Atlantic National. Reggie Jean Charles ran for three touchdowns to carry Holy Spirit past visiting Middle Township, 36-0.

Colonial Patriot. Darius Triplett threw for two touchdowns and ran for another in Woodbury's 41-0 rout of Haddon Township at Collingswood.
