S.J. athletes to watch at Penn Relays

Girls Haddonfield distance medley relay. The team of Shelby Cain, Carly Bonnet, Kaitlyn Bonnet, and Briana Gess is the No. 2 seed, behind West Springfield (Va.). Haddonfield set the South Jersey indoor record in the event at the New Balance Nationals, running it in 11 minutes, 43.94 seconds to finish second, just behind West Springfield (11:43.39).

Girls

Haddonfield distance medley relay. The team of Shelby Cain, Carly Bonnet, Kaitlyn Bonnet, and Briana Gess is the No. 2 seed, behind West Springfield (Va.). Haddonfield set the South Jersey indoor record in the event at the New Balance Nationals, running it in 11 minutes, 43.94 seconds to finish second, just behind West Springfield (11:43.39).

Ocean City distance medley relay. The quartet of Epiphany Grisbaum, Cierra Granger, Rachel Stremme, and Bridget Flynn is the No. 6 seed. The four ran a 12:16.13 at the Woodbury Relays last week.

Winslow Township 4x400 relay. Vashti Williams, DeAnn Cross, Shayla Rivers, and Torie Robinson ran 4:01.46 at Woodbury last weekend.

Torie Robinson, Winslow Township. Robinson is the No. 2 seed in the 400-meter hurdles. She ran 59.56 at the Meet of Champions last year.

Cidea'a Woods, Winslow Township. She's the No. 5 seed in the long jump. She has jumped 19 feet, 91/4 inches.

Celine Mazzi, Delsea. Mazzi is the No. 14 seed in the mile. She ran 4:54.58 indoors in the 1,600.

Boys

Timber Creek 4x100 relay. Adonis Jennings, Cameron Chambers, Jamaad Muse, and Kareem Ali ran 42.65 at the Woodbury Relays.

Timber Creek 4x400 relay. Jennings, Nakier Johnson, Greg Black, and Muse could run faster than 3:15.

Camden 4x400 relay. The team of Keyon Franklin, Dymelle Parker, Jamir Washington, and Kwan Wilson ran 3:22.42 at Woodbury.

Bill Dolan, Clearview. Dolan is the 10th seed in the mile. He ran 4:17.01 in the mile at the New Balance indoor nationals.

Curtis Thompson, Florence. He is the No. 3 seed in the javelin. He threw 214-7 last year.

Chris Mirabelli, Holy Cross. Mirabelli threw 209-10 at Woodbury and is the No. 4 seed in the javelin.

Nick Pulli, West Deptford. He threw 56-6 at Woodbury and is seeded second in the shot put.

Larry Russell, Timber Creek. Russell is the 12th seed in the high jump.

Tristan Wilson, Delsea. He's the 10th seed in the triple jump.
