The Jaguars had four double-digit scorers as they sprinted to their first Central League title with a 55-27 win over Ridley on Tuesday at Harriton.

Maddie Ireland led the team with 15 points. Sam Tomasetti scored 13, Haley Warden tallied 11, and Jordan Ireland added 10.

Coach Joe Woods noted that the unselfishness his squad showed has been there all season.

"We don't really have a go-to scorer," Woods said. "We share the basketball. That's our hallmark."

Tomasetti added 10 rebounds and 13 points.

Ches-Mont. Adashia Franklyn paced the West Chester Rustin offense with 20 points, and the Golden Knights won their second consecutive Ches-Mont League title with a 49-29 triumph over Downingtown East at Coatesville.

Franklyn scored 12 of her 20 points in the fourth quarter. Noelle Powell scored five of her 15 in the second quarter for Rustin.

Inter-Ac. Alex Kane buried five three-pointers in Notre Dame's 45-38 triumph over host Baldwin. Kane finished with a game-high 21 points. Caitlin Clark collected 13 points. Baldwin was led by Danielle Hammond, who scored 17.

Julia Schumacher piled up 21 points and seven assists, and Springside Chestnut Hill downed visiting Germantown Academy, 60-49. Lindsay Hiner hit five three-pointers and added 20 points. Margaret Anne Hubbell paced Germantown Academy with 15 points, and Lauren Oeth contributed 14.

Public League. Ciera Nimmons had 10 of her 20 points in the fourth quarter as Northeast stormed back for a 64-48 road victory over Martin Luther King. Northeast outscored Martin Luther King, 20-2, in the final quarter. Lauren Willis led Northeast with 26 points. Jade Adams paced King with 13.

A 23-point performance from Kenyona Taylor-Johnson led Olney past visiting Edison, 43-38. Dasia Darby tallied 16 points. Keishla Rosa and Iris Betances scored eight each for Edison.

Simon Gratz was led by three double-figure scorers in its 48-43 win over host Girls High. Brianna Jenkins and Ciana Ballard led Gratz with 13 points each, and Kira Lewis added 11.

Catholic League. Mia Farmer scored 10 points and drained a trio of three-pointers before halftime as Cardinal O'Hara cruised past host Bishop McDevitt, 48-29.

Farmer finished with 17 points. Katie Seehery and Mary Sheehan each scored eight for O'Hara.

Catholic Academies. St. Basil's Kalee Fuegel scored nine points, pulled down 12 rebounds, and hit a key three-pointer in overtime as the second-seeded Panthers overcame No. 3 Villa Maria, 32-26, in a semifinal at Philadelphia University.

Alex Louin's game-high 13 points helped No. 1 seed Mount St. Joseph top fourth-seeded Gwynedd Mercy, 42-20, at Philadelphia University. Louin also added eight rebounds. Colleen Steinmetz registered six points and 10 rebounds.

Mount St. Joseph and St. Basil will meet for the league title at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Philadelphia University.

Nonleague. Kelly Glatthorn scored her 1,000th point on the first basket of the game as Methacton slipped past host Cheltenham, 52-50.

Glatthorn, who led the Warriors with 24 points, converted a layup to reach the milestone.

Methacton will go for the Pioneer Athletic Conference championship when it plays Spring-Ford at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Phoenixville.
