Tiger Woods hits incredible shot in Presidents Cup match against Adam Scott
It's been a frustrating start-and-stop day at the Presidents Cup, but Tiger Woods just shook up the crowd with the shot of the week. Tiger was 238 yards from the hole, hitting his second shot on the par-5 15th hole at Muirfield Village.
Woods pulled a five-wood. He's struggled at times with fairway metals, but this one was an absolute laser up the chute. He dropped it right on top of the flagstick, and the soaked Muirfield greens are not letting anything run out.
The crowd, and Tiger, went nuts:
Woods never even had to make the putt, as it was conceded when Adam Scott couldn't make a birdie putt. Alongside partner Matt Kuchar, it's been an extremely well-played anchor match of the morning session against Hideki Matsuyama and Scott, the International side's formidable pair.
They are now 2-up with three holes to play thanks to the incredible shot from the No. 1 player in the world.
