The Flyers' developmental camp, which will be held at the Skate Zone in Voorhees, will start Thursday and run for six consecutive days.
The fifth day will be the Trial on the Isle next Monday in Stone Harbor.
Some of the Flyers' top prospects will be attending, including the team's last three No. 1 draft picks _ center Scott Laughton, and defensemen Sam Morin and Travis Sanheim.
The sessions are free and open to the public.
Here is the schedule for the sessions, which will be held on the two rinks::
Thursday: 9 a.m. to noon - goalies; 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. - all players.
Friday: 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. - forwards; 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. - defensemen; 3:15 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. - all. 9 a.m. to noon (other rink) - goalies.
Saturday: same schedule as Friday.
Sunday: same schedule as Friday except goalies will practice from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Monday: Trial on the Isle in Stone Harbor.
Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. - all; 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. - all. 9 a.m. to noon (other rink) - goalies.
Lecavalier interest. Nashville announced that veteran center Mike Fisher would miss four to six weeks because of a ruptured Achilles. That may intensify the Predators' interest in Flyers center Vinny Lecavalier.
Prince honored. Gene Prince was honored Monday at a luncheon thrown by members of the Philadelphia media at the Wells Fargo Center. Prince is retiring after 32 years as the press-box steward.
"It was a labor of love," said the always gregarious Prince, who is moving to South Carolina with his family.
Prince has left big shoes to fill.
