Well, the results are…being submitted!

The Flyers went through with their big ice painting event Monday morning at the Wells Fargo Center and are happy to announce they had a grand total of 195 fans attend the self-made world record attempt. And by self-made I mean the Flyers created this themselves; the record for most people to simultaneously watch paint dry does not exist.

Rebecca Goodman, Flyers Director of Public Relations, thanked fans via Twitter for showing up at the event.

Even the SEO Chief of the LA Times, Amy Hubbard, was interested in their end result.

The Flyers' Facebook invite received a total of 160 fans say they were attending. Even 101 responded “Maybe”. I wonder what was holding those folks back from accepting; maybe because it was 11 a.m. on a Monday morning.
