Flyers forward Brayden Schenn will have a hearing with the NHL's player safety department on Tuesday for a hit to the head of Washington's T.J. Oshie on Sunday.

Oshie, who fought Schenn in the previous game, went to the locker room but later returned to the ice. The Capitals won the game, 1-0, and eliminated the Flyers, four games to two.

If Schenn is suspended, it will carry into the 2016-17 season.

Schenn can become a restricted free agent, but the Flyers are expected to re-sign him.
