The NHL's discipline department has been busy thus far in the playoffs, and the hearings will continue.

The league has scheduled two separate hearings Tuesday with Penguins forward James Neal and another with forward Arron Asham for their actions in Sunday's Game 3 loss to the Flyers.

Both players could face suspensions. The series resumes Wednesday at the Wells Fargo Center with the Flyers leading three games to none.

Neal faces discipline for hits on Claude Giroux and Sean Couturier. He received a charging penalty for the hit on Giroux and was not penalized for the hit on Couturier.

Asham, the former Flyer, has a hearing for a cross-check and then punch of Brayden Schenn. He received a match penalty.

Penguins forward Craig Adams is facing an automatic suspension for an instigator penalty in the final 5 minutes of the game, although the league could waive the suspension after investigating.

The Penguins returned to Pittsburgh after Sunday's game and are not scheduled to practice Monday.
